The Process

The Preliminaries:

After interviewing the candidate, our HR staff will fully explain the opportunity, and establish that, with your permission, such candidate skills and qualities will be described to our client. This will be done in non-identifying terms, without revealing your name or the employer's. If, on the basis of this description, the client wants to meet you, we will then reveal their identity to you. At this point you can decide whether or not you wish to attend an interview. If you choose not to, your identity will remain secret and the process will end there.

 

The Interviews:

If interviews are arranged, the search consultant takes on the role of a facilitator, keeping you fully informed and prepared every step of the way. Before you meet our client, you will know exactly who you will be meeting, their background, expectations and the format the interview will take. After an interview we will ensure that you receive full and honest feedback and that any misunderstandings are cleared up.

 

The Offer and beyond:

At the offer stage, your consultant will act as an intermediary when and as required. This can be particularly useful should you wish to avoid becoming directly embroiled in tough negotiations with your prospective employer. We will screen any offer, according to your instructions, to ensure that it fully reflects your worth and expectations. We will also be staying in contact with both you and your new employer once you start work, to make certain the transition is going smoothly and all promises are being honoured.
