Various Rooms Hire

Conference Room:

  • Standard Conference Room hire includes:
  • Seating from 14-16 people 
  • Greeting of your clients at reception and direction to appropriate room
  • Use of all internal furniture and related kitchen facilities
  • Use of whiteboard and markers
  • Access to modern coffee lounge
  • Phone line with conference call option
  • ADSL broadband internet connection
  • Digital projector (including use of DVD player, VHS Player and speakers)

Additional Options Available 

Services and facilities available at an additional cost include:

  • Secretarial support including photocopying and word processing
  • Catering
  • Tea, coffee & biscuits
  • Phone calls made whilst using the room

If you've got a board meeting and need a boardroom, or have a conference or training day coming up and you need to make sure you have top notch facilities, friendliness and support - look no further than Amani Group. Whilst you concentrate on preparing the Agenda, you can leave the rest up to us.

Computer Room:

Fully equipped IT training rooms if you are looking to run an IT training course, workshops, meetings, seminars and small conferences. (We have 15 seats for students). Whether you are a training company, freelance IT trainer or simply an organisation which needs a venue to run a computer course, our facilities will offer you a comfortable and professional environment in which to conduct your training.

 

Rooms are suitable for up to 12 or 20 delegates and our basic hire charges include the following:

  • 19" flat-screen monitors
  • CD-ROM read/writers
  • Windows Vista Professional /Window XP
  • Microsoft Office pre-installed on each machine
  • Comfortable executive leather chairs
  • Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival and during breaks

Meeting Room:

A well-equipped meeting room for hire in a pleasant modern environment, offering impressive facilities for your conference, business, and meeting needs. 

 

Facilities:

  • WIFI access to the internet available to anyone booking the meeting room free of charge, provided they bring their own PC
  • Seating for up to 30 people
  • Comfortable executive leather chairs
